Auscarts can host: Corporate functions, training events, parties, conferences, socials, product launches and team building days, social clubs and schools.

CATERING

The pre-set menus include options for diff erent budgets, event styles and times, using quality catering. From BBQ’s to platters and fi nger food. For breakfast, lunch dinner, snacks and teas.

Auscarts also has its own catering companies that it works with. Auscarts works closely with catering companies to provide you with seasonal menus.

CONFERENCES & FUNCTIONS

Auscarts has many private rooms both upstairs and downstairs, tables and chairs for seminars, eating or parties and can be customised to your specifi c event requirements.

Please choose from our existing packages which accomodate various group sizes. We can develop an event with you, co-running, or running it to your specifi cations.

GOLD PACKAGE

40-100 PEOPLE - $100 PER HOUR

SILVER PACKAGE

14-40 PEOPLE - $95 PER HOUR

BRONZE PACKAGE

8-14 PEOPLE - $75 PER HOUR

TEAM BUILDING DAY

Please note this is a minimum of 20 people

8:30am Guests Arrive at Auscarts and Breakfast is served in one of Auscarts meeting Rooms

Breakfast to include: perculated tea and coff ee facilities along with apple and orange juice

Fruit skewers, assorted Danish pastries, bacon and cherry tomato frittata served

9:30am-12pm Guests sit down for presentation or meeting

12:00pm Lunch is served to guests which include; Premium wrap platters, assorted sushi,

Mini Hamburgers, water, soft drink and bottled juice

1:30pm Guests pre register and run through Auscarts safety briefi ng

2:00pm Guests Enjoy the Event Race Package Duration 2 hours

While guests are racing afternoon tea is served including antipasto platters with crackers, Turkish bread and dips and assorted sweet premium biscuits.

Peculated tea and coff ee is available throughout the day to all guests

4:00pm Medallion presentation for winners of 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place Guests move to lounge/Bar area. Auscarts has a fully licensed bar for after racing.
